Mind-Body Yoga

Yoga in its truest form aims to help you connect mind, body, and spirit. This connection of the three essential human elements creates presence. 
In yoga you are fully in the moment as the mind focuses exquisitely on the physical sensations of the body. Out of that simple yet precise attention, the spirit opens bringing a sense of calm, wellbeing, and harmony.
With consistent practice, you will increase you ability to find that same inner peace in your daily life experiences. You become less stressed, less triggered, more capable of reaching your highest potential and truest intentions.

Kali Rose Spirit Wisdom Yoga is a gentle, Hatha-style yoga practice intended to bring mental calm and clarity through mind-body awareness. At the same time, you will gain physical strength, balance, and flexibility throughout your body while easing muscle aches and tension.

Durning the winter months, one hour classes are held at the Scotts Valley Community Center. Sessions are designed to meet you at your current fitness level. No previous experience is necessary. As with all physical activities, if you have specific health concerns, it is recommended to check with your physician before participating.
