After completing your deposit payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your deposit and your registration for the HerPower: Vision & Purpose Retreat. You will also receive a link via email to upload your travel insurance certification and make your final payment.
In order to confirm your attendance, you are responsible for acquiring your own travel insurance and making the final payment by the above due date. As a courtesy, two reminder emails will be sent. The first reminder will be sent one week before the final payment due date. The second reminder will be sent one day before the final payment due date. Email receipt cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you mark the payment due date on your calendar. Final payment is due by the due date regardless of whether you receive the reminder emails.
(For registration on or after July 22nd, 2024, the full payment and travel insurance certification are due at the time of registration.)

Our Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable Reservation Deposit of 25% is required at the time of registration. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of your Reservation Deposit.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the Retreat will be refunded any payments made less the 25% Reservation Deposit.
Cancellations made between 60 days and 31 days prior to the start of the Retreat will be refunded 50% of any payments made less the 25% Reservation Deposit.
There shall be no refund for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the start of the Retreat. Deposits or any payments made by Participant are not transferable to another applicant or participant in the Retreat, for any reason.
