You’re invited to a gentle, heart-centered gathering among the redwoods with hosts Kali Rose and Carrie Asuncion-Helms. This is an opportunity to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself, each other, and Mother Earth’s living rhythms.

Nature Speaks is a shared circle in the forest where we meet as humans on the path of being and becoming. Surrounded by ancient trees, we open space for presence, reflection, and authentic connection—returning to the joy of living your truth in loving support and intentional community.

This month Kali Rose will gently infuse the circle with astrological wisdom to illuminate the Spring Equinox themes of renewal, balance, and emerging possibility.

 What to Expect
• A short, mindful walk into the redwoods (about 8 minutes)
• Simple grounding and connection practices
• Shared reflection on the human journey and our relationship with the natural world
• A nourishing sense of belonging, calm, and clarity

 Trail & Accessibility Notes
• The trail is easy, with a few short downhill sections that are a bit steep
• Walking poles are encouraged if you have mobility concerns
• Please bring something to sit on (the ground is damp)

 Meeting & Parking Details
• Meet at: Rancho Trailhead, Aptos
• Parking: Across the street at Safeway
• We’ll gather at the trailhead and walk in together as a group
