Find your zen and connect mind, body, and soul with KRSW Mind-Body Yoga. Grab your yoga mat and get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Come and experience the transformative power of yoga in the beautiful setting of Skypark in Scotts Valley! Meet at the edge of the soccer fields near the playground. Street parking is available nearby on Skypark Dr. Layered-clothing is recommended and don't forget a bottle of water. Bring a mat plus a bath or beach towel for optimal comfort in seated and kneeling positions. Blocks and belts are completely optional. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In case of inclement weather, your payment can be applied to a future class session of your choice.
